Your topic should be related to your personal learning goal stated in Activity 1.1. Your topic must be approved by your instructor during Module 2, which is a graded activity. Keep in mind that aviation workforce management is a global industry, and as such, you may choose to use any international or national aviation organization for your research, such as an airline, a maintenance repair overhaul (MRO), an airport, an air traffic control environment, an aviation government agency, or a fixed base operator (FBO).
